September 1st – September 30th (High Season): 7 500.00 euros per week
October 1st – October 31st (Medium Season): 6 000.00 euros per week

Starting November 1st after French Fall School Holidays (Low Season): 5 500.00 euros per week
Except Film Festival of Sarlat 7 000.00 euros per week

Electricity & heating are included in the prices from June to September included.

As always:
Returning customers get this year’s price.
New customers who book (50% down payment) before September also get 2024 prices
Customers that book 2 weeks get 500 euros break per week.

N.B. Returning tenants and 2-week booking or more, or booking paid entirely before end of summer of previous year, will enjoy a discount.

Unless otherwise agreed and/or as stated above, all rentals will begin and end on a Saturday, and will be for a minimum of one week. Tenants are required to arrive later than 5 pm on the commencement day, and to leave no later than 10 am on the agreed day of departure. They may come drop their suitcases upon preliminary notice and agreement.

A deposit of 25% – 50% of the rent will be payable upon signing the Rental Agreement to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the tenancy.

A Booking and Security Deposit of €1500 will also be payable to the owner upon signing the Rental Agreement. This will cover the cost of (a) calls made during the tenancy on the house telephone, (b) replacing/making good any losses, breakages and/or damages incurred during the rental and/or (c) any exceptional cleaning work which may be required at the end of the tenancy. This Deposit will be refunded (less any deductions as outlined above) within 4 weeks of the tenancy’s conclusion.

There should not be more than 13 people, including children and babies, staying in the house at any one time.

Tenants should advise at the end of each rental of any breakages, losses and/or damages. This is in lieu of an inventory.

The owner’s insurance policy requires that all exterior doors are locked, that all windows are securely closed, that all umbrellas have been closed and that all fires in the fireplaces have been extinguished prior to tenants leaving the property at any time.

The pool has 2 alarms renewed in 2019 and installed and verified by the pool maintenance company. The house counts many fire alarms and working fire extinguishers wich tenants should see upon arrival. Tenants and guests should sign a release form upon arrival and departure.
